“Ghouileb” cyclist decided to penetrate deep into the desert and discover beauty. In 65 days, he traveled more than 6 thousand km on his bike loaded with bags, a young man who ventures with steady steps and carves the path of happiness and pleasure! His ambitions have no ceiling and his vocabulary does not contain the word impossible, difficult… He dreams of roaming the world by bicycle despite the lack of capabilities, and plans other trips in Algeria, in addition to the journey of a thousand kilometers on foot, and in the future the journey of Africa by bicycle from Algeria, Mauritania to South Africa and ascending to Egypt, and then a trip to Europe from Portugal to Turkey.

We asked Ghouileb: Introduce yourself, talk about anything you want, your age, your country, and how your passion for travel began ?
He said: I am the hobbyist, Ghouileb Muhammad Redha, from Algeria. I am 35 years old. My passion started from my childhood, until I decided to buy a bike and some equipment to live my passion and achieve my dream.
Question: What is your goal for travel?
He said: My goal for travel is to travel itself, and what it entails of adventure, challenge, exploration, trying something new, seeing the world, gaining experiences and knowledge, and escaping from the hustle and bustle of cities and the dryness of the material world.
Question: Is traveling on a bike easy?
He said: It is easy when we love it and consider it a goal and an end, and difficult if it is only a means to reach, and it has been said that traveling is a piece of torment.
Question: What are the main difficulties you face?
He said: Perhaps some difficulties may lie in the natural conditions of headwinds, excessive heat and freezing cold, but the biggest difficulties are in the obstacles or conditions that prevent you from traveling in the first place.
Question: Is money an obstacle to financing the trip and how to act?
He said: For me, money is not a big obstacle, because I save and allocate a budget and an amount before any trip, and during my trips I limit myself to a little, simple and inexpensive food, equipment and accommodation, and sometimes I receive some aid from people.
Question: Tell us about your most important travels, how many distances did you travel?
He said: I have a lot of local trips, but the most important one, is the “Bike Tour around Algeria” which lasted for 64 days and covered 6,231 km.
Question: What are your dreams and future plans?
He said: I dream of roaming the world by bicycle despite the lack of possibilities. I plan other trips in Algeria, to areas I have not visited yet, and a journey of a thousand kilometers on foot, and in the future, a trip to Africa by bicycle from Algeria, Mauritania to South Africa and up to Egypt, then a trip to Europe from Portugal to Turkey. on God `s will.
Question: What are your tips for those who want to experience traveling on a bike?
He said: I would recommend to every nature-loving travel enthusiast: do not rush to read, gather information, ask questions, contact and benefit from backpackers and gain experiences by taking local short trips before proceeding with any long trip.
Question: What is your motivation letter?
He said: Discover yourself, your abilities and the world around you through travel and adventure, and break all the illusory boundaries that you drew before, to protect yourself from yourself.
